Artwork & Proofs:
Artwork Submission – you will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will include a link and instructions on how to send us your artwork and logo files. If you are having trouble viewing the link or no longer have the confirmation email, you can email your artwork to: support@sanitizerwithlogos.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line for faster processing. Please note: any delays in submitting your artwork may cause delays in production time.
Proof Approval – our professional designers will use the artwork you’ve submitted to create an electronic proof of your order. Your proof will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout within approximately 1 business day. This will allow you to see what your imprint will look like prior to production. Please review your proof carefully and let us know if it’s ready to print. You can approve your proof by replying to your proof email with the word “Approved”. If you require any revisions, simply reply to your proof email with any changes you would like and a new proof will be prepared and email back to you. Please note: any delays in approving your proof may cause delays in production time.
Free Consultation & Artwork Services – our professional design team is here to help with all of your artwork needs. We can redraw, touch-up, or make recommendations regarding your logo and artwork. To be contacted about these services, simply check off the “Contact me for FREE help with artwork” box while placing your order, or contact customer service to update your order.
Timing & Delivery:
Production Time – each item may have a different production time which can be found on the product page under the “Details” tab. Production time is the approximate time it will take in business days to produce your order. Please note: Production Time does not include Time in Transit (which is calculated separately by UPS) and assumes timely proof approval. Any delays in approving your proof may result in delays in production time.
Shipping Methods – SanitizerWithLogos.com offers UPS Ground & several other expedited shipping options (including Next Day & 2nd Day Air). Specific shipping methods will be available during checkout.
Shipping Price – SanitizerWithLogos.com uses actual product weight to determine the price of shipping. Shipping prices for all available shipping methods will be calculated during checkout.
Time in Transit – each item may have a different transit time which can be found on the product page under the “Delivery” tab. Time in Transit is the time it will take your package to arrive once it has been shipped – using the UPS Ground shipping method. We also offer expedited shipping options on many of our products (including: 2nd Day and Next Day shipping). Please note: Time in Transit does not include Production Time.
Samples:
We offer
FREE SAMPLES with
FREE SHIPPING to all of our customers! Simply click the “Order Sample” button located on each product page below the product image. Once on the sample page, enter your desired quantity (up to 3), select any available options, and add it to your cart. Samples are usually shipped out in about 1 business day.
Note: management reserves the right to limit the number of free samples if they deem the quantity to be excessive.
Payment Methods:
We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, & American Express), and Paypal, as methods of payment.
Cancellation & Return Policy:
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, once production has begun on you order, it can no longer be cancelled or returned. However, if you find we’ve made an error with your order, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately so we can make it right!
Please note: Once a proof has been produced, or is in the process of being produced, a cancellation fee may apply (including setup fees and/or any additional design related work incurred, as part of the proof process on your order).
Special Requests:
If you are looking for a particular promotional item – either hand sanitizer or otherwise – please feel free to contact us. We’ll help locate the product and create a custom quote – just for you!
